Sorry! You can not alter the order after it has been placed. You can cancel the order and place another order, or call our customer care and see what adjustments can be made.

We accept payment in the following ways:

  • Credit/Debit Cards online
  • Netbanking
  • Paytm / Freecharge / JioMoney etc wallets
  • UPI

All online transaction information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and and transfered using strong encryption. We DO NOT STORE any credit card/sensitive information on our servers.

We typically only deliver quantities for household needs. If you need items in bulk for any requirements like special events, shops/vendor needs etc. then please contact us instead of placing an order online.

We hope you understand that discounts and offers we have on our website is for our daily average households and not for bulk business needs. Thank you!

Returns & Replacement

Absolutely YES!

We will not ask for any reason as to why you want to return an item.

We trust you and want you to continue buying from us tension-free.

Simply tell the delivery boy that you want to return an item, and we will deduct it's price from the order on-the-spot.

If you've paid via credit card, we'll refund the amount to your Taaza Kitchen Wallet which can be redeemed on your next order.


Currently we only delivery in Mumbai in selected locations from Borivali to Bandra. But we will soon be expanding to more regions within Mumbai.

Our slot timings are as follows:

Monday - Saturday 1 PM - 7 PM
Monday - Saturday 5 PM - 9 PM
Certain Locations Only 7 PM - 10 PM
Sundays No deliveries

As Mumbai Traffic is not predictable. We request our customers to co-operate with us for minor delays. Thank you!

To provide you FRESH and HYGIENIC produce, we do not serve you previous days fruits / veggies.

We obtain them FARM FRESH every morning which is then

  • Handpicked/sorted
  • Cleaned and/or Washed
  • Packaged

This strict quality control process takes some time but ensures that you get the most TAAZA experience!
